Reports: Reports are a great way to pull a variety of data from the PERSONA Campus Online application.

 

Standard reports include access events, card/cardholder information, diagnostic information, audits, etc. Reports can be run directly from the web browser. They are saved as PDF or CSV files for easy distribution. Each report can be filtered down to show specific information in the browser before it is run. Likewise, if a custom report is needed, PERSONA Support can assist in that creation.

 

 

To run a report, click on the specific report row. This will open the individual report window.

 

 

File Type: Choose to export the file either as a PDF or CSV format.

Row Count: Shows the current number of data rows in the report. This value updates as you apply filters.

Filters: Click the “Add Filter" button to add specific parameters to narrow down the information within the report. The information within the filter option may be different based on the type of report you are trying to run.

To see the report, click the "Run Report" button.
