The PERSONA Campus Online version 7 web client has been designed to be used from all modern web browsers. The web client provides the full functionality of the system from a computer or mobile device. The web client can be reached on your network by browsing to the following web address:
Your
IT department might have set up a custom address you will need to
browse to if the above address does not bring you to the login page.
You may have also set up web server encryption, in which case the
link above will begin with https:// instead of http://.

Internet Explorer is now considered a legacy software by Microsoft and is no longer supported by PERSONA Campus Online. Compatible browsers include the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft's Edge. |
NOTE: If you have a username (non-email address) and password from the previous system, enter it like you normally would. The system will log you in and prompt you to update your credentials.
When updating credentials, a valid email address, first name, last name, and a strong password are required. The password rules are as follows:
From the login screen, you can use the 'Forgot your password' feature if the email feature has been set up by your system administrator. You will be prompted to provide the Email address you use with the system currently. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
The "Forgot your password?" link will prompt for a valid Persona Campus Online username (email address) and send a reset link to that email. The feature will NOT work if the system administrator hasn't configured the SMTP settings properly.
