Scheduled Commands

The Scheduled Commands page will list all hardware objects that are set to follow a schedule and an action.   A scheduled command can be used to unlock a door for a specific schedule or activate/deactivate an output based on a schedule.

Scheduled commands will follow the assigned schedule including any Holiday Groups attached to that schedule.

You can create a new scheduled command by clicking on the ‘Create New’ link or if you select an existing scheduled command you can edit its attributes. The red delete icon can be used to delete a scheduled command from the system.

Scheduled Commands 2

tech-tip

When creating scheduled commands, avoid multiple commands per device.  Instead, create one scheduled command with a schedule that contains all required time schedules.

You can create Exceptions to the schedule command by using the Exceptions tab. Exceptions can either add to schedules or they can override the schedules.

You can see a description and examples of each exception type by clicking on the Exception type drop down.
