Threat Levels

The Threat Level page will display all available threat levels to your current partition. Threat levels are used to send multiple commands to installed hardware and potentially restrict or grant access to users while the Threat Level is activated.

NOTE: Due to the nature of the Threat Level feature please contact PERSONA Support for any questions on the set up, operation, and validation that the Threat Levels are set up as your facility expects. PERSONA Support also recommends testing the threat levels on a regular basis to validate that they perform as would be expected in an emergency.

NOTE: As of PCO version 7.0 Threat Levels only work in conjunction with VertX/Edge/Aperio hardware and will not send commands to Wifi or POE locks in the system.

NOTE: VertX/EVO controllers must be updated with files provided by PERSONA Support before threat levels can function properly within your system. Please contact PERSONA Support to verify your controllers have been updated with the files and are running firmware that supports the Threat Level feature.
