Cardholder: A Cardholder is any person who will be given an access credential. Access credentials are typically cards but may also be some other type of credential such as a mobile credential, pin code, or biometric identifier. Cardholders can have more than one credential assigned to them.

The Cardholders page will display all users available to the current partition you are logged into. Like other pages in the system, the Cardholder page can search or sort by any of the column headers. Since the system allows you to search off multiple fields you will need to search for data to be found in a single column not multiple. Due to this fact, the results will only return when your search criteria have been found in one field. For example, searching for the last name “Aston” will find the record below because this last name is a single column. Searching for “Aston, Kathryn J” will not yield any results as this type of search is across multiple fields (this type of search can be completed from the cards page).

 

If a user’s photo has been uploaded or imported, they will display in the left-most column for the user’s record

 

 

To edit a cardholders information, click the specific cardholder row.  To create a new cardholder, click "Create New"

 

The Edit Cardholder page allows viewing or entry of any information stored for a cardholder in Persona Campus Online . Any access credentials currently assigned to the cardholder can be viewed from the page by clicking on the hyperlink under Assigned Cards.  The “Create New” hyperlink allows the user to assign a new access card to this user directly from this screen.  Below is a list of the tabs on the edit cardholder page and their fields.

 

• General: Street, City, State, Zip Code, Emergency, Department, Supervisor
• Additional: Email, Phone, Mobile, Fax, Vehicle Plate, Vehicle Color, Vehicle Model, Vehicle Year
• Custom: CustomA, CustomB, CustomC, CustomD, CustomE, CustomF
•  Notes: Notes
• History:
• Events: Will show events related to the cardholder in order they occurred. You can not sort, search or export from the history tab.
• Changes to Device: An audit log of changes that have been made to the cardholder record.
